Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed on emblemlighters.com. The seller is ZEROONE TRADING - FZCO, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence no. 2/6/1076388) – "we". Contact: hello@emblemlighters.com.

1. Products made to order

We sell metal flip lighters with a custom 3D emblem made from the logo you supply. Every order is produced individually to your specifications; we keep no stock.

2. Minimum order quantity

The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per design. Tiered unit prices for larger quantities are shown on the product page.

3. Order and contract

Product listings are an invitation to order. By completing checkout you place a binding order; the contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. One design per order.

4. Your artwork

You supply your logo as PDF, EPS or AI and confirm that you hold all rights to use it. We send a digital preview (usually within approx. 24 hours). Corrections are free until you approve it in writing. Production starts only after your approval; the approved artwork is binding. Minor variations in colour, finish or position typical for metal casting are not a defect.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (EUR). Shipping is free (€0). Payment is due at checkout using the payment methods offered there.

6. Delivery, duties (DDP)

Production takes approx. 30 days after artwork approval, followed by DHL Express delivery in 4–7 days. Times are estimates. Delivery is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid, Incoterms® 2020): shipping to the delivery address is free, and import duties and import taxes in the destination country are included in the price and paid by us. Lighters are shipped empty (without fuel).

7. No returns for personalised goods

Because all products are made to your specifications and clearly personalised, returns, exchanges and refunds for change of mind are excluded; the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to such goods (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU). You may cancel free of charge until you approve the artwork. Details: Returns & Refunds.

8. Defects and warranty

If goods are defective, damaged in transit or do not match the approved artwork, please email photos and your order number to hello@emblemlighters.com. We will replace or refund the affected pieces. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

9. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Final provisions

Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
