The 5 steps
1. Upload your logo
Send one design per order as PDF, EPS or AI (vector preferred, max. 20 MB) via the free preview form. Use our optional logo template — or just send the logo and we place it for you. Add your company, rough quantity and any deadline.
2. Free digital preview (~24 hours)
Within about 24 hours you receive a digital preview of your emblem on the lighter. Free and without obligation. We adjust details until crest, lettering and ornaments read clearly in raised metal. You order only once you approve the preview.
3. Mould photos for your approval
After you order (30% deposit), we cut the custom mould for your emblem — the tooling is included in the price. You receive photos of the actual mould and approve them before production starts. The balance is due after mould-photo approval.
4. Production (~30 days after preview approval)
Your emblem is cast in zinc die-cast metal, finished in antique silver and permanently fixed to the metal flip lighter — not printed, not laser-engraved, so it cannot rub off or fade. Production takes about 30 days from preview approval.
5. DHL Express delivery, DDP (4–7 days)
We ship via DHL Express with tracking, typically 4–7 days worldwide. Shipping is free on DDP terms: duties and import taxes are included, so there are no charges on delivery. Lighters ship empty (no fuel) for safe air transport.
