Is this made to order?
Yes. Every lighter is produced after you approve the emblem preview. There is no shelf stock of finished custom pieces.
How long does it take?
Your free digital emblem preview is usually ready within about 24 hours. Production takes about 30 days after you approve the preview. Delivery with DHL Express takes 4–7 days, with tracking. Plan about 5–6 weeks in total from preview approval to delivery. Full process in 5 steps →
Can I see a preview before I pay?
Yes. Use our free preview form or email your logo (PDF, EPS or AI) to hello@emblemlighters.com and we send you a free digital preview within about 24 hours, with no obligation. You can also order directly and upload your logo with the order: you get the same preview before production, and production only starts after you approve it.
What is the minimum order?
500 lighters per design, mold included. Price per lighter starts at €15.80 at 500 pcs and goes down to €8.95 at 5,000 pcs.
Can I get a formal written quote?
Yes. If your purchasing department needs a written offer (PDF) before ordering, use our quote request form with quantity, logo, deadline, shipping country and company details. You can also order directly online at any time.
How do I send my logo?
Upload one design with your order as PDF, EPS or AI (vector preferred). We send a digital preview before production and make corrections until you approve.
Does it ship with fuel?
No. Lighters ship empty (no fuel), as transport rules require. You fill them with standard lighter fluid.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
We do. We ship DDP ("Delivered Duty Paid"): free worldwide shipping with DHL Express in 4–7 days, and import duties and import taxes are included in our prices. Nothing extra is charged at your door, also when we ship directly to your clients or members. Lighters ship empty (no fuel). Details on our shipping page. Can I get a physical sample?
The free digital preview is how we show you your emblem before you pay. Photos 1–2 on the product page show a finished emblem we made for a customer. If you need a physical sample before a large order, email hello@emblemlighters.com: we check the options for your project and confirm cost and timing before anything is made.
Do I get an invoice? What about VAT?
Yes, every order comes with an invoice from ZEROONE TRADING - FZCO (Dubai, UAE). No VAT is added at our checkout, shipping is free, and import duties and import taxes are included (DDP), so there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. What if lighters arrive damaged or defective?
We make it right: if lighters arrive defective, damaged in transit, or don't match the approved artwork, we replace or refund the affected pieces. Email hello@emblemlighters.com with your order number and photos, ideally within 7 days of delivery. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Details: Returns & claims.
