Worldwide delivery · DHL Express with tracking · Free DDP shipping, duties & import taxes included
Every order is made to order for you. This is the timeline from your logo to your door:
- Free preview ~24 hours: we send a digital emblem preview, before you pay if you upload your logo via our free preview form, or right after you order with your uploaded logo. Corrections are included until you approve.
- Production ~30 days after your approval: mold, 3D metal emblem and assembly.
- Delivery 4–7 days with DHL Express, tracking number included.
Plan about 5–6 weeks in total from preview approval to delivery.
- Minimum order 500 pieces per design.
- Empty lighter (no fuel): lighters ship without fuel, as transport rules require. Fill them with standard lighter fluid on arrival.
- Shipping cost €0: shipping is free at checkout.
Import duties and taxes: we ship DDP
We ship on DDP terms ("Delivered Duty Paid"). In plain words:
- What we pay: production, packaging, DHL Express shipping to your door, and the import duties and import taxes in your country.
- What you pay: only your order total at checkout. Shipping is €0 and there is nothing extra to pay at delivery.
- Gifts and direct shipments: we can ship straight to your clients, members or staff, and they pay nothing at the door.
- Delivery time: 4–7 days with DHL Express after production, tracking included.
Free worldwide DDP shipping: the price you approve is the price you pay.
