Is the preview really free – do I have to pay first?
Yes, the digital preview is free. You do not pay anything to receive it, and there is no obligation: you only order if you like the result.
How quickly will I get my preview?
Usually within about 24 hours after we receive your logo. You get a digital mockup of your logo as a raised 3D metal emblem on the metal flip lighter.
Which file formats do you accept?
PDF, EPS or AI – vector files are preferred, max. 20 MB, one design per order. Only send artwork you are entitled to use. Not sure your file works? Upload it anyway; we check it.
Do I have to place my logo on the template?
No. The logo template (PDF) is optional. You can simply send your logo and we place it for you.
Can I request changes to the preview?
Yes. If anything needs adjusting, we create a new revision until the result fits for you. Production only starts after you approve the preview.
What is the minimum order after approval?
The minimum order is 500 pcs per design. The custom mold (tooling) for your emblem is included; the price per lighter falls from €15.80 at 500 pcs to €8.95 at 5,000 pcs.
How long from approval to delivery?
Production takes about 30 days after you approve the preview, then DHL Express delivery typically takes 4–7 days – about 5–6 weeks in total. Shipping is free worldwide on DDP terms: duties and import taxes are included.
